• You want me to link to your product or blog post. This isn’t a one-way street. 
• You want me to share your product, service or blog post with my audience via newsletter or social media. Again, this is not a one-way street. ***HOWEVER, if you’ve written a blog post that links to my site, please, please do let me know about it and I will absolutely share with my audience. Building a community is about sharing – a two-way street. 
• You want to sell me a product, service, or whatever. No thank you. BUT, if you email me and completely throw me for a loop (yay, you’re that good) I might find value and respond. 
• You are trying to COLD CALL me. Yes, my business email and number are public, that doesn’t mean I have time for COLD calls. Do NOT DO THIS! You will have bad juju, sorry, but not really.

Simply put, you will NOT get a response from me if you choose to email me for the above 4 reasons!

Because my time is limited, I place restrictions to keep myself sane… and you don’t want your time wasted.

• Anything else not listed above that is not from the NO list. I love getting mail, who doesn’t?!
